This here Druid was a character trial at 60, then enhanced boosted to 70.
My Transmog costs are only 1 gold per change. Not that I’m complaining, but that seems odd.
Is there some event going on? Or is there a grace period for newly boosted?
Items that don’t have a vendor value (or less than 1g in value) have their transmog set to 1g each by default.

Transmog costs are based on vendor price of the item you’re changing. Boost gear probably sells for peanuts.

Yeah, as other people said, boosted gear is the same concept as gear from starting zones. It’ll cost nothing because boost gear itself costs nothing.
Except heirlooms, which don’t have a vendor price, but still mog for 1g.
