Whats fatest way to level for new person?

I tried doing some classic zones but the xp is so small on quests and mobs its like what in the world

did they nerf leveling?

Any tips or advice thanks

No nerf. Levelling is liks a rocket these days. And classic zones should be in your range up to level 30.
