Well on the ptr felsavior, and female demon hunters in general, are bugged so you can’t customize. That being said I have no plans to change felsavior.
I don’t have screenshots, but I am race changing my warrior from LFD back to Nelf. Gunna use one of the new hair styles, vines everywhere, smaller eyebrows, the dark dark purple skintone and the 1 gold 1 red eye. Shes gunna look fantastic.
My dks only change is going Sandfury troll skin.
The rest of my characters are allied races and aren’t getting any changes really.
To be honest though anyone I have who is a core race will be redesigned.

I want to look like an Ogre.
I have 5 Void Elves, 2 Night Elves and 1 LB Draenei. I was only able to customize the Void Elves and LB Draenei if I imported my existing characters. The Night Elf customizations are very nice, I’m well pleased with the new features. The LB customizations I didn’t have a chance to look at. The Void Elf customizations, such as were provided, were okay not spectacular. I like the purple eyes and some of the new faces. The customizations are all about the same as now until you get into blood elf territory, which has no appeal to me.
Unfortunately, a couple of my main gripes about customization appear to have been neglected. I like mogs of all complexity, but lately I prefer simpler ones. And with my casters, I tend to hide shoes.
With my void elf, there really is only skin color I can choose that mostly (not exactly) gives the appearance of her body skin color matching her feet skin color. If I choose a fair skin color, the purple feet are obnoxiously obvious. So I have no real options for skin color if I decide to mog this way.
So color me (pun intended) underwhelmed. I mean, this is an obvious issue, is it not? I can’t be the only player that likes to mog this way? For an expansion that is making one of its main selling points character customization, this feels like a careless omission.
My other pet peeve is clipping. My LB Draenei cannot wear a cloak because everything clips through it - weapons, offhands, other pieces of armor - everything. And of course there are less dramatic examples of clipping with all character models. Tonight I’ll see if that’s been improved in any way.
So far, I would give an A for the Night Elf customization, a B- for the Void Elf, and a TBD for LB Draenei.

I messed around with my boy here on PTR, and for the most part he’s going to remain the same.
The side with the scar is going to be rocking the grey eye, and I havent decided on green or yellow for the other (with there was a grey with no glowing.)
I also want to change the fur color, going with the darker grey.
The human side of things will be changing more so than the Worgen. Long black hair with full beard and all that. Will be fun, I’m looking forward to it.
The character who will be seeing the most changes will be my Worgen Warlock. He’s going White fur and red eyes, and the Human form will be using the new black skin with white Dreadlocks and full beard. He looks really cool.

Maybe I’ll add an earring like Harrison Ford going through a mid-life crisis, but I don’t see myself making many changes with my main.
I will probably tweak some alts.

I’m just waiting for Blizzard to give us that Forsaken posture toggle so my main can be a mottled skin, Mohawk rocking, shiny purple eyed Shadow Priest.

This is very disappointing.
I just checked this out. I wish they’d make the flower color customizable, as there aren’t many mogs that’ll match w/yellow. Tauren could also use some additional earring, necklace, and headdress choices; the colors of these should be customizable as well. Last but certainly not least, Tauren again got shafted on hair styles/colors.

Also, if VEs aren’t given access to BE hair colors, that may be the final nail in the coffin of my WoW days.
On the positive side, I’m loving the NE and BE customizations.

Some kinda Goblin, haven’t decided on the specifics yet. Was really hoping we (and Worgen) would get access to the Monk in Shadowlands, but nope…

I think I’m gonna change up my beard/mustache a little bit. Beyond that probably not much.
ETA: It’s a crying shame that Goblins and Worgen aren’t getting Monk access. The Prophet said everyone would be Kung Fu fighting. Everyone.
