This is pretty much the case in every current expansion’s main city but what’s everyone doing just sitting around Dornogal? Are you all just waiting for a que to pop? or are you there for other reasons? Sometimes I see the same people that’s been in the same spot for hours and never understood that. Instead of actively doing content why sit around in the city?
I’m waiting on a friend to get back in a few. So just idling, and hanging out.

Usually it’s this. The people who treat the game as a lobby game, then complain when they have to play the game to get the things they want, because they can’t get it all out of their lobby style game.

when im more or less idle i go to beledar’s bounty now. i get to grab some ez herbs instead of just sitting in town.
it’s good for the wallet. get a bit of gold instead of none.

We (main and alts) hang out there between doing stuff. We upgrade armor, access the vault, pick up blue quests and leave for various adventures around the TWW storybook.

I’m just usually playing the AH. Every expansion I clear out all the tabs from my guild banks from two expansions prior and have a clear out sale.

I use everyone as target dummies for healing if I’m in Dorn.
Sometimes I’ll chat in trade if it’s not all toxic craziness, hit or miss tbh.
I’m on the biggest server cluster, with 9 realms or something like that.
Town is always packed.
I just go about my business buffing rando players as I go.
