Happens after killing a mob. looting a mob, turning in a quest… it 4 little graffic stutters . not sure if it an addon or what… anyone else have this issue…

I would start by disabling add-ons one at a time that have anything to do with loot. Especially questing add-ons.

probably one of your addons.
Definitely an addon. Take Callush’s advice.
If it’s not your addons check to make sure WoW is running on the correct graphics card.
