The only place where I would put weight into your decision is if you’re planning to pvp. In which case, Human and Orc tend to be the go to. The free CC break and the reduced stun effect are very useful, often outshining other options.

Orc stun is baseline now for all races btw.

lmao, bro nobody plays nightelf for their stats (even tho they are good for warrior) it’s ONLY because of dropping combat

you can drop aggro when you burst hard / the tank is pulling, you can recover from wipes/save time or even do skips by aggroing mobs - vanish - heroic leap past them before they get to their original position

for “real gameplay” tauren is HANDS down the best - extra health always good, crit racial is extremely good and WARSTOMP is just BIS for utility
