Whats a good spot to farm Lovely Charms if I cant access Fleshwerks?

I’ve done the quest chain at the Fleshwerks, so I dont have access to the low health mobs.

Does anyone know a place thats good for farming Lovely Charms?

i have farmed them in dragonblight the two areas that hyperspwan kind of in the northern part near Galakrond’s Rest lowish level and spawn super fast.
