Hello!
I’m rolling a green orc shaman this time and I want to be a shaman, both OOC and IC. I asked earlier on a thread what should I do with Karkosh and I loved the ideas that @Avaraina gave to me.
Now I want to roll a green orc, since I’m almost grabbing my outfit (wolfish theme, I’ve been farming PvP for two days).
Question - can I be a Stormreaver? Since Karkosh is a Frostwolf and I don’t want to be another Frostwolf, I plan to make either a Stormreaver, Shadowmoon or Dragonmaw orc.
I want a new clan, but I read that Stormreavers are extinct. Perhaps I could be one that defected to Thrall’s Horde and started to train shamanism there with the other orcs? I don’t know if I can break the lore this way. I don’t want to be frowned upon in roleplaying, but man, I like Stormreavers since Warcraft 3.
If I can’t be a Stormreaver, what about Dragonmaw or Shadowmoon clan?

You pose an excellent question and it never hurts to ask and get opinions before diving into roleplay. I’ll chime in my two cents and hopefully you find it helpful.
In my experience over the years you can make most things like this work as long as you aren’t going far into left field and breaking lore. Yes the Stormreaver clan is essentially extinct thanks to the acts of Gul’dan, but there are bound to be survivors. Normally I’d imagine many to be your typical evil type character, but what’s stop your character from having defected and joining Thrall? Make up a great story explaining why and it works!

Goffs are the biggest and the toughest, but Deathskulls are the luckiest, id mention purple orks but no one ever sees them.

For all the green skin shamans, how do you guys handle all the lore around the corruption/Blood curse. I’ve got an old clan shaman who I think of as being born on Draenor. Did you drink the firy look-aid? Or what was your character up to for this big piece of time in the lore. Cheers, asking for a mate.

If you’re militaristic and think that the orcs should go back to chopping trees in Ashenvale, Warsong is your go to. If you’re looking for a bit off-center in viewpoint and sanity, consider Laughing Skull.
