What's a fast Delve Tier to level Brann in?

Right now he’s at 12 or so, I figured I wanna push him to 60.

Once he’s 15, he only gets XP from bountiful.

So I guess the optimal way would be to level him to 15, then just clear the 4 bountiful delves every day.

My Brann went from 15 to 22 yesterday doing bountifuls so probably that.

Leveling more than one toon to 80 and have them also run Delves. My lock runs 4, and now the pally 4… other toons can add to Branns skill increases… but until the reach 80 bountiful delves dont become available.
