They used to have a pirate pepe, a traveler, a ninja Pepe. And out of the blue they don’t sell the plushie. My daughter was asking me about it. I have no clue…

Pepe is right where he belongs: sitting on top of the head of each and every single one of my toons. Pepe is and always will be my trusted friend and co-pilot.
BTW OP, you left out Illidari Pepe, which you get from the quartermaster in the Demon Hunter order hall in Legion via the Tiny Set of Warglaives toy.

I have bought my daughter three of the four plushies. When Legion came, there was no Pepe anymore. I thought that plushie was a money maker.
Blizzard removed a lot of stuff from the gear store.
In-game, however, it seems Pepe is fine.
They added a new Pepe on Mechagon not too long ago.
