Please Note: There is a high volume of bugs with the Enhanced Boost; whether you purchase additionally or use your pre-purchase token there are many issues coming forth with the boost.
It is highly recommended you refrain from utilizing or purchasing boosts until issues are fixed.
The issues players are having are as follows:
- Missing gear; Shoulders, trinket, belt are commonly missing from the boost
- Renown quartermaster’s are not recognizing the boosted toon’s status and will not sell Renown items. Items are marked red and locked from the character.
- Renown buffs to escalate earning reputation for alts is not being applied appropriately to player’s accounts.

For those that have pre-purchased and obtain the “Enhanced” level 70 boost for any char, I wanted to let you know what you get out of it for that character. Had I known what was involved I would have been more thoughtful in my choice.
- Weapons for other specs than the one you boosted in
- All Renown for the 4 major factions are boosted to 20.
- Loamm Renown is boosted to Renown 12.
- Epic quality 424 gear.
- You get 5 mana and 5 healing flasks (Aerated Mana and Refreshing Healing of low quality)
- Dragonspring Water x 20 (mana restoration)
- Explorer’s Mix x 20 (health food)
- Mechanism Bypass (2hr CD that lets you unlock most treasures on DF/outdoor world. This is a Dragonscale Expedition Renown reward that also unlocks for all characters on your account.)
- Dragon Isles Supplies - 5,000
- 5,000 Gold
- Reagent bag for professions
Professions are unaffected; not boosted.
Hope this helps players choose wisely where to spend their boost.

It seemed worthy to simply because there are some items we’ve not had in the past: like the renown and the box to open locked world treasures. I think even the Epic (purple) quality gear is an upgrade from the past of receiving Uncommon (green) gear.

Except its broken. None of the rep vendors reconize that you have nay renown with them at all. Even items as low as Renown 5 are red and say “requires renown 5”

The renown recognition is probably on a 24 hour cooldown to be recognized just like a boosted character can’t do any raids for 24 hours after boosting. Needs time to update would be my guess

The renown is crazy because I took a long break due to school and my main has like level 5 renown on all factions lmao so I guess Ill be maining whoever I boost from now on

The renown and 424 gear is surprising. I’ll have to actually think about what I boost, I guess.
It worked for me totally fine. I went around last night and collected all the rewards for the renown.
But like Baulson said, it could take 24 hrs for some players.
With my luck Im probably bugged. I boosted an Evoker since it was the only class I didnt have
Oh man, I’ll have to give some consideration on what I am actually boosting. 
This is interesting, since the only non-70 character I have is a mage and I don’t really want to play mage lol.

This is what is happening to my Evoker.
I think the Evoker as their newest class may be broken with boosts. I boosted mine as well and it was missing the cloak and one trinket. So far no resolution from the team
This is a bummer, I’m sorry this is happening to you. Hopefully the devs will get a fix before too long so you can enjoy the benefits of the boost.

Just commenting to throw this back up the top of the pile, its incredibly helpful to have as more people might choose to preorder and get the boost.

I haven’t decided yet who to use it on. While my main and main alts wouldn’t mind the renown boosts to some factions, they’re already 70. Do have a couple alts that are in the “just want to get one of each class to 70 on my main server” category that I could drop it on.
That’s great to know. I have not used my boost yet. I’ll be thinking about which class I choose to boost. Thanks for sharing.

I was thinking about holding on to the boost until more Class/Race options are available… but that boost to 20 renown along with the rest of the list… sounds like I should use it ASAP.
