What Will You dread Most About Classic WoW?

Whilst I wait for Optus to fix my internet (Which has taken exactly 3 weeks, 2 days and 4 hours), I thought it’d be cool to see what people aren’t looking forward to.

  1. Soul shards pretending to be sand and trying to ram itself in every crevice.

  2. Actually having to Balance a job this time around.

  3. Patrols in Deadmines.

  4. When you get that one last mob down to 5% hp to complete a quest - and then a seconds kills you just before you could finish it.
So you walk back to your body for 10 minutes - regretting everything.

  5. Begging for those last few pieces of gold to get a very good item off the AH before anyone else can.

To be completely honest, nothing…That being said, I know it’s not a perfect game but I really can’t come up with anything that I dread.

Class checks out. I second this.

But mostly I dread the little concessions that will invariably happen to the integrity of the experience to improve the short-term returns Bobby’s shareholders demand.

No political talk.
We don’t cater to tin-foil hatted people.

Those weird dead zones in questing where you’ve completed all quests for your level and you’re forced to grind a level or two, or risk dying attempting to complete red quests.

I’m sure there’ll be server changes.

its guaranteed - at least for the first few months, Little Girl.

You seem to know so much about this. Oh how ever do you get your information? Does your uncle work at Nintendo?

Not being able to dps in raids on meh shammy :frowning:

Bungled Drakkasath pulls.

Ret Paladin rotation for leveling.

1.Having to balance 2 kids,a wife and raiding/leveling/GMing.
2.In all honestly, Leveling. While I love the idea of it being a challenge I’m worried it’s not going to be fresh enough as an experience as I’ve done alot of the quests previously.
3. Finding a capable officer core. This touches on my first part but finding people with the same goals and who are willing to shoulder that burden worries me abit.
4. Going to get hate for this but… no guild bank. I want to be able to log off and not recieve messages of “can I please get x,y,z for 1,2,3 from the guild bank” I want to be able to share that load with any officers that are online.
5. Dealing with the PS mentality. I understand that stacking classes/consumables/professions is A way to succeed but it’s not the only way. Finding an entire raid group that feels the same way is going to be a real Pita and it’s going to make any low percentage wipes a painful exercise.

That being said I am really looking forward to classic and seeing my swirly black winds pop up when windfury procs.

If you can raid Oceanic times I’m happy to take a second enhance shammy to alternate Nightfall duties with.Just be prepared to share replacement healer duties from time to time aswell.

The only thing I dread is running out of bag space over and over.
