Control of lava for ele is a must use talent (replaces skyfury). Resto definitely uses unleash shield in some comps. Swap in static field totem for cheese.
Top 10% of players is currently ~1900+ in 3s, so average probably in the 1700+ range
The average rating will always scale with the participation of the game aspect. The more player, the higher the mmr gets for top players, the more space in between, the higher the average rating for most people.
And that is also a reason why rating based tier brackets are dumb. In some seasons only like 5% get top gear and in others 20% of the people get it… Seems weird to me!
