What Warrior Spec is The Most Canon For a NELF?

I know that the females are traditionally sentinels, but canon/RP wise what best suits a Male NELF, culturally etc.

Probably protection or arms. Protection most likely.

Warriors of the Night assemble !

Canon RP my guess would be protection maybe guarding flanks or protecting spell casters. I doubt Kaldo’rei fight like LOTR elves in the Battle of the Five Armies but who knows /shrug

Females were mostly the warrior type and males were mostly druids but probably an arms warrior?

I think it probably doesn’t matter, male or female, Night Elves are probably best represented by Arms warriors, over Fury or Prot from a Lore perspective (ignore what spec is currently or tends to be the most powerful).

At least it seems to me that iconically, you don’t tend to think of Night Elves as standing behind big shields, the way say you might think of Dwarves or Humans. And you definitely don’t think of them as Fury filled rage machines like Orcs. You think of them as graceful, agile, mobile combatants weaving precise attacks through millennia of disciplined training maneuvers. And Arms as a spec best represents that.
