Will Hand of Justice drop off of Angerforge? Or Emperor Thaurissan?
Will Felkstriker / SGC have 0.5% drop rate? Or 2.0% Drop rate?
Since it’s a condensed season (1 year), will raid bosses drop an extra piece of loot?
Dual Spec?
We are getting the phases so like Classic launch.
- no dual spec
- Fellstriker and other items have the low drop rates. Fellstriker is not even good in CLassic
- No you aren’t getting extra loot
- HOJ is angerforge

current SGC drop rate in era seems like 25%, i’ve seen it drop on back to back goroshes a bunch. no idea if they nerf that for fresh.

Listen if you don’t understand how this works we don’t need your opinion.
The rate changes from a low drop rate to a higher rate later in the phases.
It will be a low drop rate in phase 1. Just like it was at Classic Launch.

i didn’t offer an opinion angryman, i merely said “no idea if…”. you’re the one with your opinions/speculations that this fresh will mirror classic launch. they’re changing a lot of things from classic so it’s POSSIBLE they also change SGC drop rate (have it mirror era drop rate).

You are going to get the exact same version of Classic ERA that we are on currently, simply with phases. They aren’t going to roll back to a previous version and they aren’t adding any change that they wont push to the ERA servers likely.
So no condensed loot tables, no extra gear, no dual spec, no portal stones.

Hmmm. This is slightly at odds with what the super brain just told me…
While anything is possible, it seems unlikely they will want to split the code base yet again for a server that will be around for at most 12 months or so. Also if they make any changes that aren’t on the standard Classic Era stack, this makes it harder to allow any type of offramp for anyone who might not want to proceed to TBC.
While I suspect there will be some minor changes, such as the ones they announced like the guild window, but I also expect those changes to be pushed to the standard ERA servers.
