What to even spend gold on?

How do you guys spend your cash? I don’t raid…so I don’t have an endless need for pots, flask, food etc. I don’t even know what to spend gold on, except maybe buying stuff and selling it for more on AH.

I do nothing except buy transmog every once in a while. I don’t make much gold or spend much.

Basically I just accumulate gold. I occasionally spend it on Tmogs, but otherwise it just sits there. I’m a naturally cheap guy IRL, so even in game I always ask whether I think something is worth. As I talked about yesterday with the new 90k vendor mounts. I have enough gold to buy 100 of them, but I still look at them as too costly and not worth the gold…lol

I spend most of mine on T3 from the BMAH.

Pets and mounts for me, an occasional BMAH splurge, and a re-sub every 6 months.

I made my gains in MoP-to-Legion, via both passive sources (milked those puppies for all they were worth) and crafted gear, profession mats, and pets. Done really quite little in BfA, the Old Gold allows me to play at a leisurely pace, don’t have to grind

I wish I had more gold for the mounts. I dont necessarily mean the crazy 2 mil or 5 mil ones but I wish I knew a gold farm method where I could realistically work torward the ones in the 150k-500k range within a reasonable time. I suck at making money

Aside from alt necessities, I really don’t use it much. It’s like the more gold I have, the less I want to spend it. :sweat_smile: It’s not often that I make decent sized purchases. So I just end up hoarding it.

Eh, nevermind. I’m old and fat and grandmotherly and bad at pretending to be a hot girl. Parts of me that used to be up high are now hitting the space bar.

Come to think of it, I could probably make gold by threatening to describe myself graphically in trade chat.

I’d be careful with that. I think you might find a lot more eager “victims” than you want in Trade.

I spend mine on time tokens and vendor mounts.

Yeah I’m sort of stuck with what to spend on. Few mounts look cool, but I’ve also been reading up on some ways to farm mounts and many have decent drop rates from old raid content.

Really the only mount I want is some WoD stuff for my orc shaman, as well as some Blackrock clan armour transmogs. One of the best orc transmogs around.

But this guy is my main for only awhile longer. Once I unlock trolls or maghar, I’m gonna make one of those my main Dude I’ll sink cash into for better Mogs and mounts.

Till then I guess I’ll keep saving.

Mounts. My only vice in this game.

I don’t care for pets even though I’ve naturally have come to over 300 i think. They were just playing the game, not actually looking for them.

I enjoy hunting elusive transmogs so I don’t spend on these either. It’s all about mounts for me. The rest I save

I mostly buy pets and the odd mounts when they are priced in a manner than it isn’t worth my time actually farming for them.

Got a leaping veinseeker for the other day for 60k - a lot more worthwhile to spend that than farming for it.

I 100% put the fault on warfronts. If this Darkshore warfront wasn’t so boring, not only would I not feel the need to tab out to the forums, but I might have noticed I had 2 forums tabs open…lol
