What to do with Conquest if you're not max PvP iLvl before 9.2?

Either convert it to gold or if you have any alts use it to to buy them their boxes so it isnt as much of a catch up for them next season!

Yea it does, giving yourself the best chance at the start of a new season and not being behind in gear is always a good move. Would be nice if they would just do away with all the upgrades and just have one set of pvp gear but I doubt that will happen.

and if you aren’t 259 you will still be undergeared

if anything the gap gets worse because you cant freely buy conquest gear

however from what i heard the honor set isn’t time gated and will be upgradable to 259 (??) but afaik it’s a ridiculous amount of honor even after the nerf soooo

The new honor gear gets you 259 in pvp…so you could save up honor and just farm the new honor gear first week

the real question, next week is bg week
but it’s not s3 yet

will they let us buy and grind honor gear next week?
or will it be bg week for no reason + 15k honor cap so you cant even prefarm

I really wish there was no conquest cap at the beginning of s3. Not like it would effect the m+ scene since PvP gear has much lower ilvl in PvE.

No shot they let you buy the new blue gear on patch because the combination of BG week + the new gear would actually be a nice way to ready up alts for the new season, so count that out.

It will be avail a week later, when BG weekend ends (plus you lose spoils of war 9.1.5 catchup) so blue gear will go back to the same old noob trap 300 hour farmfest it was every other time and not be worth it at all

I love when ppl take time off work, for a video game without realizing that there has ALWAYS been a week (or 2) between seasons, and then complaining about their own stupidity.

Almost as much as I love when ppl swap alts to agree with themselves.
