What to do with all these Xtra PunchCards?

Mechagon Punch Cards. Can I just Vendor them? I saw some kind of card recycler at Pascal but I haven’t got the blueprint yet. Should I be saving these to recycle or turn into something, like a higher Ilvl card or are they safe to toss away?

I kno theyre used for the trinket but I have about 30 of them in my bank.

Don’t be like me and put the “minor annoyances” blue punchcard in your trinket. I wasn’t thinking about the ramifications of it and now I basically can’t do arenas with priests until I change it or do games without it (which most of the time is suboptimal with my current trinkets)

I was wondering this too. I don’t have nearly as many but I do have a bunch that I don’t need.

I just sell them. Not even using the punchcard trinket anymore.

I don’t use it either. Why give up all that primary stat (in my case, Agility) for secondaries only. I figure primaries are primary for a reason.

Chew on it

That entirely depends on the class.

Lol thats the exact one I am using…

And for my class the primary stat isnt that useful, so i use the trinket still. Just wondering if i can recycle tgem into better cards.

I’m holding on to them for now. You can apparently make/buy more of the punchcard trinkets, so I’m thinking it might ultimately be worth it to have a variety of possibilities.

People still run mechagon?

Interesting. I’m curious: could you give an example?

Your done with mechagon… Ur so kewl

The red punch card you get at revered (I think) is a huge amount of single target damage.

Until I get some better punch cards I don’t use mine either, I run a lot of keys, been pretty lucky with trinkets

Basically, it’ll depend on content and class. If you look at Mistweaver, it depends on which content you run. Intellect will be better for M+, but for raiding, it’s ranked below crit, vers and mastery.

For Resto, secondaries are better than intellect. And those secondaries will change in priority depending on the content.

It’s just different content, different talents and different specs that will determine what’s best.

The nice thing about trinkets and rings is that you can ignore ilevel if there’s no primary stat. If there is, then it’ll entirely depend on your class and what sims better, what’s best for your playstyle, etc.

Class Discords are a great resource for these intricacies. :slightly_smiling_face:

Cool. Thanks.

I had been vendoring them unless I got an upgraded card.
