hi, im gearing my mage currently have 4 T1’s and some ZGs with a staff of the ruins, worked on both my main prof 300/300… guild is not active… im standing in city waiting for bg’s to queue, waiting for LFGs… and cant do anything else…I kinda miss retail lfg systems now …
what should i be doing? im getting bored and slowly drawing away from logging in…

Seeing, as how you have a Mage, I’d earn some gold with Portaling services or even Boosting Services. Up to you, ofc.
Though, for me, I enjoy RPing. It’s what I do. I, also, enjoy leveling other characters and getting creative with Professions and Talents.
So there’s really nothing else much I could be doing? 
I have leveled a few chars to 50+ and decided to take a break from grinding…
Well, this game will have an end but guess what? A lot of games has an end. We continue to play them because we want to. If you feel like you’ve reached the end then congratulations. If not then continue going.
Hmm don’t think I’m anywhere close to the end (only T1s now) but there aren’t anything I can do about (hence this thread asking what else can I do to overcome this?) I’ve been waiting on lfg and bgs all day
Why wait for LFGs, when you can host your own group? If you feel like it’s not the end then just keep going and think of something. I already threw some suggestions at you, but you didn’t like them.
I run two accounts. Wait in BG queues on one account, play on the second one until queue pops.
Hop around Orgrimmar like an idiot. That’s what I do

so that’s just how classic is apparently…
Farm gold or consumable mats for raids, that’s half of endgame. If you don’t need gold or mats, level an alt or raidlog. That’s Classic. There is no repeatable dailies or anything like that.
I usually queue for a battleground, and then while I wait I either fly to Silithus and world PvP, or go to Diremaul East and farm. When I don’t feel like doing either of those I’ll go outside of Orgimmar and duel, since there’s always people out ther. Beyond that? I either play an alt or just log off.
Also, this. If you sit around like a wall flower waiting for a group to form, it’s going to take way longer to find a group than if you just put together groups yourself.
Have a second monitor? Have it play something while you grind mobs so it helps pass the time.
Only one monitor? Find something on youtube or another website that you can enjoy just listening to. So many things on youtube are basically just people talking to the camera. Play it, alt tab back to WoW, listen to it while grinding away. Audio books are good for this too.
Use the free time to browse for a new game.
Well for phase 6 you need argent dawn rep, so maybe get argent dawn rep from the nearby western plaugelands zombies. I would advice against alts as you only need one character.
Eh, a big part of the game to me is the ability to play it a bunch of different ways. I get really bored playing just one character. Alts are a fun way to play the same game an entirely different way.
thanks people, for all your recs… i have 4 different alts at level 50+ to 60 so very unlikely i’ll play on an alt, and its more of finding something to do while queuing for bgs (so playing an alt is not an option as i dont have separate bnet acc).
anything good farmable at DM East?
