Is this scaled strangely for training dummies or is the entire haste scaling for the class wrong?
Edit: Is it because attonement or an alternative effect triggers an added spellcasting speed buff from a nearby evoker? There’s no buff to let you know.
There is a buff - it’s the PvP talent trinity.
If you have 3 atonements out Smite, Mind Blast and penance all cast much faster. That’s why it starts when you use radiance, since you’re putting out more atonements.
It must be the 3 Atonements because of the nearby players. Thank you! Is there a visual queue or icon I’m missing? This would be a good one to add! Moreso a visual queue. I haven’t played priest in a good while; started at the end of dragonflight.

I believe it’s the icon that looks like the weal and woe icon but has no stacks in your buff bars.

When it activates, a red aura appears at your feet briefly with a whistling noise. It’s the old chakra aura from way back when.
