As we know the goblin race is shrouded in mystery but I have to ask what Peddlefeet and other winged goblins are? I thought maybe they were just mechanical wings but then I saw the hearthstone art and they’re real bird wings. Is he some sort of ancient wild god? A loa of love maybe? It would be interesting to see a goblin loa or something. We know they can take humanoid forms like Bwonsamdi so why not a goblin. If not that the. What else? Thoughts?

Probably a result of a science project gone good or bad, depending on who you ask.
They’re Goblins, some Dr Frankensteinesque maniac probably grafts the wings to their employees under contract and sends them out to do what they signed up for.
