What. The. Hell. Bastion

Lmao really? That’s too funny and kind of messed up when you think about it.

I’d take a beating any day if it meant I can get resurrected in the after life for a “divine” purpose

Beatings will continue until morale improves.

I"ve felt bad when killing bears I was then forced to kill the motherless cubs. I did it anyway. With guilt.

Corrupted Ysera mount? Yes please.

I’ve beaten a man for far less in this game.

Right? I’ve killed farmers just to get their pumpkins!

Ya. I felt so disturbed “beating” these doubtful acolytes back into submission.

Still did it though, cause, you know, i needed 3 quests.

Sure, we’re mercenaries who dispense violence in exchange for money on a daily basis.

The guy who hired us wasn’t a mercenary. He was supposed to be teaching those students, instead he was hiring mercenaries to beat them for questioning him.

Yeah. Bastion is probably the least appealing zone to me I SL. The characters. The zone. The lore. The aesthetic. All god awful. Though they are the best covenant for rogue. I couldn’t pick them though. Trying to avoid that place as much as possible.

Bashed in farmer skulls with a shovel just because I could.

Don’t forget torturing mages for the Kirin Tor since it’s against their rules to do it. Lol can even buy the quest item they give you after you do it and go at him some more just for fun of you wanna.

And the beatings will continue until morale improves.

Did you feel bad beating the Sha of doubt out of people too? Its the physical removal of weakness and corruption.

Ysera’s uncorrupted now. My soul is bound to hers or something
Still waiting for another chance to ride her again…

They are cultists with slaves. Turns out a lot of players are cool with this…or they are just chasing numbers.

There are a lot of things wrong with Bastion, but the Stewards are not slaves.

Their service is entirely voluntary and they’re free to relax at the Cliffs of Respite any time they feel like they need it.
