nerf:
-hunter feign death legendary OP in arena

Buff balance druid and resto sham.Also buff arcane so i can main it again.
I know frost is strong, but i feel like you can counter it pretty easy by just training it or walking behind a pole during cds and just wait it out. Lots of people dont understand that if you let a frost mage free cast in the open with full cds you will die from stacking frostbolt buffs from multiple legendaries and abilities. Frost can have all defensives dispelled (shield,alter time). Can interrupt them frost bolt and they cannot ice block etc.
