well you don’t have an argument there’s nothing indicating where trolls came from im just using what we know.
Short of Blizzard coming out and says trolls were created by Azeroth herself there isn’t much else to support your argument.
Even then that just makes them creations of a titan.

I can keep guys with more plausible ideas. Considering Zandalar seems to be the primary hub of where the trolls came from perhaps they were some sort result from an experiment on Ghuun. Maybe Mother is actually the trolls …Mother.
Could explains the trolls ability to regenerate.
