So I just dinged 120, and was wondering what spec I should play to be competitive. I’ll mostly do dungeons and pvp and maybe the occasional raid. I do like playing frost but apparently fire is better in pvp? Thanks 
Greater pyro is big in pvp but glacial spike is good too. If you’re looking for one spec that covers both dungeons and pvp I’d try frost.
Avoid arcane. It’s a non-spec this expansion.

Arcane is the most enjoyable spec to bg in my opinion.

I love blowing people up with arcane in pvp. PoM+ AP+trink hits like a truck at 80mph. ABarr for executes, still have good cc/kite with double-shimmer, sheep, Frost Nova, and Supernova, and Charged Up keeps you at 4 AB charges at all times. If you can act in role, planted, supporting melee classes, you can easily kill 3 or 4 in a turtle at mid.
