Depends on how you want to level.

For dungeon leveling I would saw Brewmaster is better than Mistweaver

For quest leveling Windwalker is the best choice.

Now that brewmaster/Windwalker can use all of the same gear, that combo would be best for multiple types of content

DW is doing better, but they gave 2 handers a 2% DPS increase so the gap should be smaller

Doesn’t matter anymore. Especially just for leveling.

If you don’t have an aversion to healing/tanking or want to do those things, go as Mistweaver or BrM and insta-queue dungeons.

If you’re soloing out in the world, questing, etc., I would say either WW or BrM. BrM will have the tankiness but kill slightly slower, while WW will kill faster but possibly be slightly more squishy (though it might be made up for by its fast kill speed).

I have leveled as both (on Horde and Alliance) and I personally prefer BrM because of the tankiness (and I wanted to run Torghast as a tank before they equalized things), though I don’t like to run dungeons as a tank or healer. I will queue for dungeons as WW.
