Hellcaller Affliction.
I play Affliction regardless and right now I think Wither + a 1min CD is a powerful combination.

Soul harvester aff, I think hellcaller eventually will out preform it, but wither plus the 1 min cd on malevolence requires things to live long enough for it to ramp stacks which isnt really happening even in H dungeons. Soul harvester does its damage via MR and night fall drain soul procs which your able to just get out faster.

Soulharvester Aff for me lately, have tried both hero trees in heroic and leveling. Great AOE and amazing single target even in dungeon spec. Even tried a more single target oriented spec and still did good aoe all the same. Hellcaller aoe is ok, and is great for leveling as wither melts mobs since we dont really have time to rapture and nightfall world mobs with soul harvester, but things dont live long enough to matter in dungeons with hellcaller for me atm, 1 min cds with soul rot and malevolence will be really good in mplus tho later on once we are in say 5s or 10s. Single target def not as good as soul harvester right now either though, and that could hurt for boss fights.
