Okay, each person has their opinion on how small a small QoL change would be but I think something like “guaranteed choice of loot every week,” is too big… even though it would be great!!!
For me I have a couple, first they have made some great changes to Dragon Soul but just add a freaking skip for DS, ICC and other old farming raids. Leave the mounts at 1% or 2% but let us be done quicker. Same for Emerald Nightmare let us skip straight to the last boss for a chance at shoulders like you did with SoO.
My second request, and maybe some would consider this too big, but just let us transmog any armor into any other armor. If I want my mage to look like a freaking metal tank let me do it who freaking cares? The only downside is I guess in PvP BGs people are used to spotting someone by what they look like maybe?

Update the dungeon journal so it shows you all the transmogs you’re missing.

Account-wide rep.
I have a bunch of rep spread out across my account; exalted with TBC reps on one character, exalted with WOTLK on another, etc. I want to open up my reputation page on any character I have and see all the reputations I’ve earned at exalted even if I didn’t earn them on that character.
I’m not sure if they added something similar with Warbands, but I don’t remember them doing so.

Stop putting dialogue boxes in the bottom middle of the screen where they almost always cover up things I need to see. Give me the option to disable them entirely.

condense the currency window to only show the current expansion items…and also the rep… and a pop out window for your gear seta that allow you to change them out and equip.
and also be able to transmog naked… take off all your gear and leave you with just your smile…

There is an add on for that.
They have started with account wide rep for current expansions, and maybe DF even. They said eventually they would get back to the older expansions but I would like to see it ASAP as well. I thought doing all the Shadowlands callings to get the extra chest woudl be neat then I realized they all still have seperate rep.

Better way to track our class passive buffs since so many classes rely on those. Or fix their visual indicators to be more clear.

This is the idea behind warbands is it not? They said that while not all Reps will work, eventually, most will. I think.
Ones like the Pirates where it’s character specific will still be character specific.

Can we put a Rostrum of Transformation in SW and Org. I still like to change my dragon appearances from time to time and would like to have one in a place I spend a decent amount of time in.

Do you mean like Warrior Battle Shout? If so I agree, I know it sounds lazy but why not make it passive? Anyone in the same party/raid as a Warrior gets the buff.
There desperately needs to be an update to the default nameplate UI to allow at least some customization options. You shouldn’t need addons for things such as threat to be more visible.
Also why are the default raid frames still green? Just make class colors the default, new players shouldn’t have to figure all of this out on their own.

I have a strange one.
remove the need/importance of the Mini Map.
I hate mini-maps and it would be nice if the devs didn’t rely on it for so much. Your icons for gathering, quests, etc… all appear there and It’s annoying to stare at it.
I had to download and install 3 different Add-Ons to replicate what I wanted, and it works but it’s janky as heck. But now I can disable the mini-map and still see my resource points while traveling around, and I have a compass at the top like Skyrim that shows the general direction of my currently tracked quest objective and since doing that for TWW… i’ve seen so much more than I usually would.
I would just prefer it not be multiple Add-ons I have to configure to get this and would rather it be built into the game’s design.

Is armor dye considered a small improvement? I find a good mog that works and it’s always the wrong color or even if it’s generally the right color, the shades don’t match and I still kinda look like a kaleidoscope.

I would consider it small because Guild Wars had it, but I will be honest I don’t understand programming for any large games so maybe it is a big effort?
I would like dyes too though, some transmogs I am like this would be AWESOME if it was dark blue instead of green.
