Area 52 is out of Chicago. Idk if that’s east coast enough for you but it’s def not west coast.

Edited: my server is Bonechewer-cluster (can see list of realms online) A lot of the players are on the east coast and in Michigan, Pennsylvania, etc. From what I’ve seen in trade chat and discord.

Found an actual list https://raidbuff.com/wowdatabase/bonechewer-na-us/

You need to clarify what you mean because the actual servers haven’t been East/West in years.

If you’re worried about ping, you’ll likely have the same ping from CST servers, as the actual datacenter is going to be California or Chicago with no outright east coast datacenter.

If you’re worried about scheduling raids and guild events and stuff, yeah, stick to Eastern for the best experience if you can find a good realm there.

I’m not sure how up to date the Wowpedia site is, as it’s no longer the current Wiki. So not sure if this is the same article or the new updated one:

Timezone of all servers is listed on the realm status link on the Game Info dropdown at the top of this page.

Anubarak Garithos etc

Yeah I dug for the .gg one but its horribly out of date (like, pre-removal of PvP servers out of date). Both are probably old to some extent.

All NA servers are located in either Los Angeles or Chicago. Sorry, New England.

you arent going to get an east coast server because blizzard hosts all of the NA servers in LA and chicago.

There are servers that are set to Eastern (EDT) time. Their physical location is irrelevant. Anyone knowledgeable enough to care about ping times isn’t asking this question on the WoW forums, and even then, short trunk paths trump physical location.
