Kind of curious, what’s the distinction between a good and evil warlock? A Good or evil Necromancer? Just in general someone who specializes and utilizes what is subjectively evil magic.

There are no good ones, imo. All warlocks are evil or at least willing to use the evil of demons to achieve their goals.

Exactly! The other warlocks are less interesting.
There is no good warlock 
No magic is inherently evil but all of it should be used with caution, especially otherworldly magic like Fel.
Fel is one of the most honest magical kingdoms as it is a consistent give and take exchange.
It wont ever betray you and leave you like the light or elementals can, it will always be there.
But you need to understand what you are dealing with it.
The most risky magic has and probably always will be is void as shadow priests perform practices that a proper warlock would never do without much study.

Intent,if you intent to do evil like a warlock then you are an evil warlock ,you can’t always say an accident <key word was intentional.

There is no such thing as a “good” warlock. Warlocks use Fel magic and summon Demons. While the warlock might think they are bending the power of the Fel to their will, they are still dealing in Evil.
Ergo Warlocks are evil and needs to be nerfed! El Oh El that was a joke.
