What’s so Fun about being Void Elf or why pick Void Elf over Blood Elf?

Blood Elves have everything that Void Elves have so it is pointless in believing otherwise. but for now and for those who feel void elves offer something better than a Blood Elf, please share what it is that Voids elves have that you feel blood elves don’t?

No cop outs like saying Alliance boo there are other races on alliance and you could pick a Night Elf.

I know you can’t but let’s just set the record straight that Blood Elves are better than Void Elves.

Void elves are Alliance. Blood elves are not.

It’s the edge.

As if Fel is less edgy than Void.

Hey, even Sargeras knows what’s cringe.

Blood Elves does not have the amazing hair styles that the void elves have.
And Blood Elves does not have the racial that prevents casting push-backs when being attacked.

Void Elves have better racials for Casters, especially as Warlocks (mine is a Warlock) and Shadow Priests.

Also Void Elf Heritage armour is the best heritage armour.

Their hair is pretty and they have nicer styles.

Because they’re the closest damn thing to High Elves the Alliance has!

A blood elf thinking he’s got any room to talk about being an edgelord? If so, gotta admit, he’s right, that’s pretty cringe.

Oh yeah P.S: Void Elf males can actually have facial hair.

Unlike the Blood Elves, they have a respectable thirst for power.

They’re also purple, and purple is my favorite color.

boo Alliance is not a reason for picking a Void Elf

Choosing which Elf is best is different than what elf you selected if anything not Blood Elf and that should not be considered an edgy decision.

Hair is hidden when wearing a helm or cowl or face mask in case you had selected a Void Elf to hide their hideousness.

Male Blood Elves can grow facial hair, they decide to have a clean shaven look to start their day fresh.

So after all, in the end all Void Elves have going on is their Heritage Armour?

I can’t say from firsthand experience since I haven’t done hordeside BG’s in awhile, but noticed a couple hordies talking about it a couple weeks ago. Apparently trying to pin down a void elf is like trying to nail pudding to a tree.

Another comment I noticed in another thread just earlier tonight mentioned how the thing that negates spell delay was awesome for casters (and even BM tanks that had to spam heals on themselves while getting hit, which I’d never really considered before).

But at the end of the day, its probably the nice hair and the fancy gear set

They are alliance and the closest I can get to high elves until . . .

a) they add high elf customizations like they said they might a while back
b) add high elves as an alliance race

I realize this is a troll post but I feel like responding anyway.

It’s factually incorrect to claim that Blood Elves have “everything” that Void Elves have. They have different racials, different hairstyles, different heritage armor and a different narrative (however little there is of it).

“Better” is also subjective. I prefer the Void Elf racials to the Blood Elf ones. Paritcularly the anti-pushback (I am a mage after all) and the 50% discount on transmog fees (I change my mog… a lot). I also prefer the Void Elf heritage armor to the Blood Elf heritage.

I like different things about both races and would not have the audacity to claim one was “better” than the other.
