Orc is arguably the best, but undead is nice to break fears/charms, plus cannibalize can be used without breaking stealth and can be clutch in arena
Orc on horde and human/dark iron on ally.
i think most people over look pandaren for pvp
the food racial is actually quite strong for bgs. BG feasts give me more than 50k health
quaking palm is ok, but it breaks on damage and DRs with blind. plus assassination is a dot spec. its best use is a second kick for sin
