If midnight ends up being a Eastern Kingdom revamp. Potential allied races could be Forest Trolls and Broken Draenei. Maybe Night Elf Worgen.

The last titan we might get Taunka and Frostborn.

If we get Frostborn two people need to make a Dark Iron fire mage and Frostborn Frost mage called Heatmizer and Coldmizer and stand behind father winter in Ironforge.

Saurok as a playable Horde race remains my #1 most wanted playable race! :meat_on_bone::crocodile:

As for the rest of my most wanted playable races in alphabetical order:

Furbolg (Alliance) :honey_pot::polar_bear:
Ogres (Horde) :cut_of_meat::japanese_ogre:
Saberon (Horde) :cut_of_meat::tiger2:
Sanā€™layn (Horde) :wine_glass::bat:

Seeing these races become full playable races would be a dream come true for me. Especially for Saurok! :lizard:

  • Weā€™ve been asking for Ethereals since TBC
  • Ogres have been high on the wish list since Vanilla. But with the bad history on all sides with them, it would probably be best to make them be members of Ogriā€™la and another ā€œNeutralā€ race that can pick either faction. And come on who doesnā€™t want a 2-headed Ogre Mage. Plus weā€™d finally get to see what the females look like.
  • Taunka (the Bison Tauren in Northrend from Wrath) should have been a Horde allied race or face option for Mulgore Tauren years ago. I would race change this warrior to Taunka in a heartbeat solely if it meant getting my original cute pre-ā€œVisual Updateā€ female Tauren face/head back. I absolutely hate the ā€œcanā€™t close my mouthā€, Llama lipped, derp face they gave us with the ā€œupdateā€.
  • There is no reason ā€œnormalā€ Draenei canā€™t pick Broken appearances at this point of the game.
  • Order of the Awakened Arrakoa would be kind of neat.
  • Saberon would be kind of cool. But given how hyper-cannibalistic they are (literally going out of their way to hunt and eat literally any sentient species for sport, including their own) it could be problematic. Heck the only species more hyper-cannibalistic than Saberon are the Gnolls, and itā€™s only barely. Especially since Gnolls just do it out of pure barely sentient instinct. Whereas Saberon are extremely intelligent, know exactly what they are doing, and do it BECAUSE they like it.

arakkoa or mokā€™nathal. i like the draenor races tremendously. from an azerothian perspective, i think vrykul and hobgoblins would make interesting factional foils for each other. but iā€™m also probably one of like three dudes who likes the idea of a playable hobgob. oh, and, i want my DAMNED LEPER GNOME customizations.

Honestly I been pretty happy with the race selection in WoW the last few years. And now with them updating racials to match the new races. Its going well imo. But I wanna play a naga with legs. Or gnoll.

Easily would be the most hype additions outside of the High Elf community.
