I am cutting back to only having three toons anymore and I get burnt out. My question is what should I have for professions on my 2 alts.
My main is herbing and Alchemy.
Mining/Jewelcrafting
Tailoring/Enchanting
Tailoring can be replaced by something else if you are ok with feeding mats to it either from your other characters or the AH. I would personally stick with Tailoring on a cloth character as you don't need to go on a different character to get mats.

What do you hope to accomplish on your two alts? Professions in general are not doing well this expansion.

Mining is one I always take for making gold.
Crafting is just too finicky.
Mining and then enchanting to disenchant all that crap gear I end up with.
MoP leatherworking is the only profession Ive taken that consistently makes gold .
