Lock is an obvious one. Magikarp
Can't do anything other than waddle waddle splash splash on the ground.
Needs help from bigger and stronger pokemon to defeat anything.
Has barely any abilities and most of them are near harmless.
Known as the worlds weakest pokemon.
Looks like trash. (Thank's bfa)
Down the line/expansions evolves into Gyarados and f#cks sh$it up.
Warlock uses struggle and hurt himself
MW: Miltank - heals a lot and can be very gimmicky/annoying but if you just keep stunning it, it becomes worthless
WW: Slaking - extremely gimmicky trash that no one uses because its entire design is around doing extremely predictable damage that can be shut down easily against anyone with more than 2 brain cells

Your Attack Missed!
Gengar because you get trapped
Rogue is an obvious one too. MissingNo.
Allows you to play the game on easy mode.
Causes graphical glitches rendering the player invisible.
Causes glitches with npcs making them wander aimlessly.
Everybody that encounters one wonders how that sh$tshow got past any developer / beta.

For Windwalker I would probably say a competitive build Nidoking (Timid, SpA EV) with Life Orb & Sheer Force.
Lots of coverage options in the moveset for different opposing team setups for a non standard wall breaker but definitely outclassed by the better WB's in the same slot like Mega Charizard Y, Life Orb Hoopa-U, or Belly Drum Azumarill, and some others but it's not always worth it to use your mega on a wall breaker so it really depends. Since you've gotta spend your EV on Speed & SpA your bulk is not really that great so against some of the better offensive players your lack options without a good supporting team. Not that it makes a big difference because with Life Orb you are on a timer anyway with no meaningful recovery and substitute being your only way to stop a switch, sweep, or revenge kill momentarily if you can predict it.

For ret it’s... geodude. Pretty sturdy but is permaslow because it ain’t got no legs.
Talb get outta here with your perfect iv shiny Pokémon with idea items we in here strugglin
I like Rotom as a shaman. Shaman have various different elements as rotom as various forms.
Looking from an enhance perspective, the base is the Lightning type seen in things like Stormstrike and Lightning Bolt. Then you have Heat for Lava Lash and Flametongue, Wash for Healing Surge, Frost for Frost Brand, Fan for Windfury and Ascendance, and then Mow Rotom for the Earthen/Physical nature of shaman.
And of course he's a ghost because shaman have reincarnation.
