What pet to sell to xfer gold from other server?

i have a ton of gold on my main but need gold to buy legendary craft item on an alt on another server. whats a popular battle pet/pets that i can sell in order to make roughly 50k gold?

I would suggest to check undermine journal on the server you would like to sell it on.

As Terranox says, you need to scope out the other server.
If you don’t want to use undermine then just go to the server your alt is on and check the AH yourself, see what the most expensive pets are, find one that sells for like 55-60k and sell it for 50k. Quick turn over.

Current raid pets are probably the most likely to sell. Or TCG. Doubt you’ll find TCG for 50k though.

It may take time though to sell. So if you want the money fast you can take like 80 battle pet and sell it for less to get it faster for example. Or if you are willing to wait, do some emissaries in the mean while.

doesnt seem like that website is loadig or working anymore?

Oh then idk, a similar site might have to do. But battle pets can take a while to sell. So it’s not a guarenteed thing. So I would put a few extra ones up, do the world quest things while you wait. And maybe start selling some herbs/ores from different expansions. Typically the rare battle pets sell faster, but if you want the gold fast you may have to undercut the price.

that is down for 3 days

This is exactly the sort of situation a wow token is good for.

Why not just mail gold from your main to your alt?

Can’t send mail cross-server.

But you can add a wow token to which ever character you want on any realm…I have done it to buy pets on other realms not connected to my main realms. Works out good.

I would suggest if you can afford it to buy a token and let that character that needs the gold to sell it …its only $20 dollars to gain about 220K right now.

Can’t you just check the AH for the server your alt is on and determine which ones you can buy that are selling well?

I already suggested this. Beat you to it.

Current raid pets are not worth much at all and don’t typically have a quick sell time (exception being the mythic only pet the Eye of Extermination . All the other current tier raid pets are pretty common and have lose significant value as the weeks have gone on. They only really have a good sell price and sell rate early in a raids release.

The pets that are a pain in the rump to collect seem to sell for a lot more/ resale a lot faster. The last patch introduced a 10k pet charm pet and some other ones that require farming specific items to get. These pets seem to have a lot more value and sell quicker than any raid drop pet. If you got some of those you might be able to flip them and get back your investment on another server.

Battle pet market is so wonky

Just put a bunch in cages and start selling. I would check the price on both servers, just to make sure one isn’t a huge loss.

It will probably be better to auction up some level 25 pets as well, but make sure you put them at the correct price.

I recently rerolled to Alliance ( :astonished: ) on a new server. Was broke as a joke for the first couple dozen levels.
But yesterday, I made an obscene amount of gold selling gingerbread cookies and small eggs.

Scout out the AH and see what simple to obtain items are selling well and dive head first in.
Good luck!

Pets are mostly slow sellers, and no one pet sells the same across servers.
There isn’t a guaranteed ‘best seller’.

Especially if the server is on the low side.

BTW, why a legendary item for 50k.
Just grab a cheaper one and you’ll save yourself the gold.

If you get a pet or pets, utilize the trade channel as well.

Pets are really hard to sell. You could buy a couple of wow tokens with gold, convert to blizz bucks and buy a token on the new realm. Other than that, stick to pets that cost less than 5k gold. They sell way faster in my experience.
