looking for this guy , did the first 2 parts of the LFR BRD, and cannot seem to find away to get to him, the only other thought i had i he with last 2 bosses for this event??

Mini bosses do not show up in the adventure guide. In which Pyromancer Loregrain is one in the raid version of BRD.
Yes, he is in the final wing of the BRD raid. Right in front of Emperor Dagran I.

He is in the last part, just before the emperor.
If you mean the old version, um, think he is in a dead end hall near the barracks.
