I feel like this is a missed opportunity to finally end the “Open up classes” requests. We’re going back to Pandaland with the Infinite Dragonflight, not the Bronze. Indicating this is a split from the “One true timeline.” It should open up with all classes for all races, let you level whatever you want, and then when the timelines merge, there is a reason for random trainers to appear in the capital cities.
… Also it’s a major missed opportunity to also give male pandas floofy red panda tails like the women have.

With cross-faction being included and updated more and more in the game, is there a chance that race restrictions will be lifted? I’d like to be a Vulpera Paladin.

Yeah, I hear you. I think a Vulpera Paladin would be really cool. You say race restrictions, we say a bunch of extra animation and artwork that we have to do to make that work for a Vulpera Paladin. Unfortunately, especially Paladins and classes that have a lot of extra abilities, it does require work from the team to be able to make that work. Every time we talk about it we feel super passionately about making that. But at this time, we are actually not ready to announce any additional Paladins or other class extensions beyond what you’ve currently seen.
Also: it’s not some canon lore thing. It’s just a fun limited time event.

For the fiftieth time, they are already moving towards all races/all classes.

Section about all races/all classes is from 11:42 to 12:24.
Paladins, Shamans and Druids are taking longer due to the addition assets and lore needed.
Comment referring to the addition assets is 12:23.

the problem with remix is they will probably strip your character of your cloak and gear when it’s over which sucks
they should just make it like blue mage in final fantasy 14 where you can’t do any current content on the character but older content is completely trivial
And from what I just linked above that Zuma linked earlier, it’s not going to be any time soon.

No thanks. I’m playing Chromie Time on steroids to level a new alt and play the character later. I don’t need whacked out OP gear. That’s only for the event. It’ll break the game outside of that.

Personally, I didn’t expect it to be.
The fact that they were able to roll out nineteen new race/class combos over just two years was surprising.
And impressive.
In the meantime, the game is getting new classes for Dracthyr.
But it is never enough around here so these threads are going to keep popping up.
