I feel weird that the visage rigs are specifically blood elf male and human female.
Maybe the dragons can teach them how to improve their visages and we get a larger range.
I think both the most interesting (and most plausible/least weird lorewise) combo remaining to be introduced is the Mag’har Paladin. I mean: they already have holy priests who stayed on the Orcish side and not Yrel’s despite following the light, so why not Paladins too?
plus it’d be interesting RP wwise. Stuff like doubting their faith or not being trusted by the majority of the horde who don’t follow the light (at least not in the Draenei/Alliance style).
Draenei druids learning from the Feralfen Tribe now that Elder Kuruti is open to the idea of working with the Draenei.

They went for a least work approach. The one you would have suggeseted would probably have complicated the character database because of the multiplication of customisation options compared to any other race.
Why does it have to wait that long thou? We got lightforged dranei warlocks in the expansion of dragons…
Every bit of work costs money and takes time, right now prority is on the Alpha of the next expansion, and they are working with a much smaller crew thanks to the round of layoffs.
Least work? Instead of doing a little extra programming and Ui change they’d rather create 2 models with extra additional assets for them?
I wouldn’t call it that it required less work. Similar system already exists for Worgen, so it could’ve been easily expanded.
The worgen isn’t a choose your visage… it only has one fixed alternative to the worgen form.

That’d be awesome and finally put an end to constantly wiping out the Scarlet Crusade only for them to come back in the next patch at even greater strength. Not to go on too much of a tangent but the Gilneas reclamation made the whole Forsaken heritage questline feel kinda hollow.
But your idea would also mean a more unified Lordaeron (albeit undead), and hey who knows? Maybe they’d give us an instanced version of the Scarlet Monastery that was filled with Forsaken as a kind of Order Hall.
