I’d like to see a ‘Son of Hogger’ elite character, albeit with a unique name other than that.
I’m envisioning a more serious character with some depth and ample amounts of badassery. He’d have an interesting story, which would also reveal more about his dad than we’ve previously known. I’d ilke him to have a really great model, intelligent dialogue, an engaging quest chain, and be overall impressive.
I’d also like to see new types of city guards who are more dynamic and engaging. Guards with personalities which stretch beyond ‘King’s honor, friend.’ Have them do something interesting once in a while.
What new NPC would you make?

I call him Professor Knows-A-Lot. So many items drop each expansion without explanation. To find out what a Sandworn relic is, or what is the point of a Spatial Opener, you have to rely on Wowhead. Why can’t we have an ingame resource, like an NPC, that at least offers a basic explanation of what these new drops cluttering our bags are, and why they matter.

A druid engineer trainer using a unique druid form.
Hmm…
I’m envisioning that he’ll have a slot to put items into, similar to the upgrade NPC’s where you put in a piece of gear to upgrade.
You can visit Professor Knows-A-Lot, or summon him, whatever the case may be, and interact with him to open his window… then put in your Sandworn relic or your Enticing Anima or whatever you have in your bags that you aren’t sure (or can’t remember) what it’s for, and it’ll give you an explanation of it.
I like it.

I want to see a new Imperator Ogre that has unified the Ogre clans in Outland under his rule.
I don’t think I want him formally in the Horde, just friendly to us.
