Razer Naga trinity. 12 thumb grid buttons, scroll wheel tilt left and right, two buttons beneath the scroll wheel. Honestly, the craftsmanship is a little shoddy but unfortunately it is the best on the market imho.

I tried the Logitech G600 or whatever, which is the next runner up, but I found the button cant and ring finger button to be super awkward.

The Corsair and red dragon mice seem neat too but no scroll wheel tilt, which razer has spoiled me with.

I used to use a razer naga but swapped to a Logitech G600 (both have 12 buttons on the side and more in other locations). I’ve heard that razer quality control is pretty bad and many of their devices are broken on arrival or break after a few months. Mine lasted 4 years eventually my 2 key on the side stopped working. I swapped to the G600 and the only problem i’ve had is with the GHUB software. It likes to randomly break itself and the keybinds will randomly unassign themselves. I downloaded the logitech gaming software (that’s what was used before they made GHUB) and its works perfectly.

I use the cheap Razer Deathadder essential. I’ll probably be upgrading to a Razer with a few more buttons for next season, though. It’s a great mouse, but a few more mouse binds is never a bad thing.

G502 hero 3 side buttons and 2 more to the left of the primary click and a sneaky one behind the mouse wheel. Enough buttons to be really useful, but not so many as to be silly (imo the mmo mice are over doing it)

I also use an orbweaver so I get additional buttons that my left thumb can use. It also has a second wheel that I use for the camera zoom. My mouse wheel is used for abilities.

You often have to take your fingers off the movement keys if you assign most or all of your abilities to they keyboard.

With a 12 button thumb grid and alt/ctrl modifiers, you can access 36 individual keybinds without ever compromising movement. 48 with shift.

I bind my GCD abilities to the thumb grid (seeing as though you can’t really use more than one ability at a time with just your thumb) and my off-GCD abilities to the keyboard.

That’s how I do it. Although, some peeps I know drive with their mouse 100% and use the keyboard as the thumbpad. Especially with a Belkin or Nostromo

I use both the 12 buttons on my mouse and binds on my keyboard. I play resto druid so I need all the binds i can get tbh.

I use an RoUS (Rodent of Unusual Size)

There are no buttons per say. However, depending on where I squeeze, the mouse will skitter across my keyboard and step on the desired keys.

Logitech G203.
Two extra side buttons.
I’ve been through two of them so far, and I abuse the hell out of these things.

I’ve tried stuff like the Naga, but they were way too big for my freakishly tiny hands, and every Razer product I’ve ever touched has broken down within less than 3 months of use. (Except for a laptop, where the motherboard literally melted.)

Like others I am currently using a Naga Trinity.

Full hotbars from my mouse (although some buttons are easier to hit than others of course). And then great scroll wheel and main buttons for Healbot
