With the return of classic and an actual dangerous world, what mob do you fear the most?
For me, I always hated the Kurzen Medicine men. If you didn’t have a stun, they were literally unkillable. They would heal up to full every few seconds and always call in half a dozen jungle fighters for help.
And of course, there were the endless wave of murlocs. I don’t think anyone in Vanilla ever managed to only pull one murloc. The sound of ‘mrggglhh’ still sends chills down my spine.

Anything that patrols mostly because of the noobs that will pull them.

I forget what they’re called and my memory is fuzzy on their location, could be either Searing Gorge or Burning Steppes. There was a mob that basically just spammed Shield Bash on you over and over again constantly knocking you down so you couldnt move or cast. You’d be lucky to get more than one spell off before this mob stunned you again. Pulling two of them was suicide. Hated that place as a Mage.

The pteradons in ungoro because I was a noob that didn’t train stuns.
The damnable Rothide Gnolls on Fenris Isle. I don’t remember much other than that they killed my warlock about a million times.
Murlocs… you could rarely pull just one, and if you accidentally aggroed and heard that infamous “Muuurrggll” then you knew you were just screwed…
Once I get my warlock up to level then I’ll fear everything! Muwahahahahaha except undead, of course. Mwahahahaha!

The imps and felhounds in that starter cave in Valley of Trials. Talk about an intro to why grouping is good early on.

The elite mob patrol in Eastern Plague. I swear the agro radius was for miles!!
It’s always the casters that’ll get you while you are looking the other way lol
I forgot about the pillagers. I remember they could pretty well two-shot you. Fun times.
I fear Hunters and Rogue mobs the most lol

Any mob in the relics of wakening cave. Many a nelf ventured into that cave never to return again. stares into distance
I still have the layout of that cave memorized to this day. So many fellow night elves didn’t come back…
