Heroic mode? I’ve been wiping to her for THREE DAYS now, with literally no progress. Lowest pull was like 20%. I’m always alive to the end, and usually raid leading (one day I wasn’t) and calling things out and still out healing every other healer in the group.
If I can do mechanics while paying attention to all that, why is it so hard for people? What makes this boss so hard? I just don’t get it.
Why do you even need a weak aura? You can see bright blue lasers shooting out of you showing where the balls will go, you have a debuff on your screen, DBM will yell at you, etc.
I need a WA that specifically informs me that I’m about to shoot them, so I can position myself in a way that doesnt require everyone else to move out of the way.
luckily, such a WA exists and is easy to find and use.
People, for some reason, cannot take orbs out of the raid, and are petrified of black holes. So they stand in the middle of the room and nuke people with orbs.
People can’t handle lines AND pizza slices at the same time, their brains overload, and they stand in things.
People do 300-400k DPS in heroic raids, and less healing than you’d do in season 3 of Dragonflight.
Guess you’re clearly not super-awesome enough to carry the group. Shame.
The boss is difficult because it requires a lot of personal responsibility, has a hard enrage mechanic, and you basically have 10% less hp than usual during the fight.
the way it SHOULD work imo is this: when line spawns, an immediate adjustment is made if needed, then the line freezes and everyone else moves around the line.
people running with the line until the last second get others killed.
The team needs to know who’s zigging and who’s zagging. is the line player taking it out or the others adjusting to the line?
This is the best part of group content imo. making that plan and sticking to it. I love that stuff. When it works, it’s beautiful.
The problem with Nexus princess is that voids need to be placed properly in different directions. People need to be aware in which direction they walk.
Also a single foot sick player can wipe the whole group.
