What makes it count as 'Guild Group'?

How many guild members is required to count as Guild Group to get the ‘Guild Glory of the Cataclysm Raider’?

75% or so of the group. If its 10 or less, you need at least 8 players.

I wonder if I can hire people to aid with this. LOL
