The main feature required to be a High Elf is a Human Male for and epic mount.

I would think being tall would make you a High Elf, otherwise you would be a Low Elf.
If Night Elves want to get high, I’m not gonna judge them. We all have our vices.
Nightborne are high elves, they were the highborne wtih Azshara. Night Elves were the commoners. I do believe.
nightborne relate closer to dark elves then true high elves. im not operating based on their political standings, im operating on their societal and ethical makeup
