I think what OP means is what is the updated loot.
I have only seen a few ony items mentioned and nothing on T2 helm.
I guess we will know by tonight.

Both Rag and Ony won’t drop Tier 2 pieces until the next phase. From what I seen on Atlas loot which isn’t really accurate until after data has been pooled in, but Rag will drop tier 1 legs.
