Just getting back to the game wondering what build is looking like the best for havoc going into the new pvp season. i noticed mvq is cancelling his eye beam and is playing fel barrage is this the way? also saw hes playing with elysian decree which seems really fried to me. leave thoughts and tips below ty 
Looks like hunt, decree, essence break, and fel barrage is the new baseline build. Idk, I’ve played around with it for a while last night and the spec feels kind of bloated and incohesive.
Don’t get me wrong, the damage is insane and we have way more options to force cooldowns now with the hunt being buffed and also having access to decree. But it all just feels kinda clunky. Seems like they really had no vision for the rework and just threw abilities at us.

And now you have to take the left side of the tree and use immolation + fel rush for a (5 second 18% buff to your damage) before pressing your damage CDs.
I definitely preferred using movement for movement and just pressing damage for doing damage.
Feels like 3 GCDs per ability as opposed to 1 like we have in S2. And eye beam is not worth casting for damage again.
I am desperately hoping for the non inertia/momentum build to be good again. It seems like the tier set won’t really change either build though.
One weird thing on the talent tree is the capstone on the left that gives immolation charge is as far away from all the immolation talents and locked behind 2 point in a crit talent?
