Every xpac has to have legos, it’s a bit weird that we don’t know what War Within will have but maybe they’re saving it for a middle patch.
Personally I’d like a hat. A giant jewel-encrusted pope hat.

True, but there appeals to historic standards are useless on me. I believe the game will be better and players happier without legendary items being in the game. No Legendaries!

I still for the life of me don’t know why that wasn’t chosen for Arms, hell they could’ve thrown it + another axe or sword for Fury, or make some magical nonsense like Enhancement Shamans got with Doomhammer.

0 lego belongs in retail, unles all classes can get it (like MoP cloak), they nerf the specs that can use it and they are subpar and underperform till they get it in order to make the lego feel all that more powerful, and the grind or rng is usually redic.
I’d like to see legos replaced with like an evergreen useful transmog.
So like you complete a leggo, and it does something cool when it’s mogged, but there’s no power gain. Sleet animation on shadowmourne. Fire scythes flying out of the fyraeth. Something unique and cool, particle or non-combat wise. Like perma water waking or slow fall. Maybe an extra portal. Something like that.

That’s the only lego you need really.
You can catch ya some food and smack some raid bosses upside the head with it. Win/win.
Honestly I’d love to see them do something for each class. And not like oh here’s something you have to run this one raid over and over and over and hope you get it. But each class has this long questline over the expansion forging a weapon for the final battle of the Xpac. Building up these new unique legendaries that are meant to help us fight the big bad.

None. I think by now everybody knows whenever a lego is introduced for a specific type of class or spec, it always causes massive issues for those affected.
I want it for casters.
I also want it to cost them half a mil gold, have a questline that shows how much the devs hate you, has your class be balanced around it, yet need to be buff 6 times to not be junk, and to take 3 and a half months of raid runs you stop needing 2 and a half months ago.

Im keen for this.
Enhancement Shaman need a weapon. They often dont even get a bis max ilvl weapon. No Jathies or Gavel type weapon they can use. Currenently they get Thorncallers Claw - a cantrip weapon that has reduced stats alongside every other class gets to use a cantrip weapon with amazing procs + full benefit of stats.
Shaman have never had access to a great weapon and its time.

No legendaries. None of them make the game inherently better IMO, they just make the game worse in different ways.
If we had to have them, I’d opt for something like the MoP legendary. Something we build over the entire expansion but functionally doesn’t impact gameplay whatsoever.
