Im curious to wonder with this race unlocked what generation, breed, or place of origin are most players going for?
I mean we have: (I may forget exact materials some are made from)
Earthen of Uldaman - Stone
Earthen of Ulduar - Iron
Earthen of Deepholm - Stone
Earthen of Uldum - Sandstone
Earthen of Dornogal - Stone (various types of stone?)
Are some earthen awakened but have been hiding up until now, or have they been living amongst the alliance/horde races in disguise?
Im looking to broaden my idea of the type of earthen i desire to be but i am interested in other players variants or origins.
Edit: (Earthen of Blackrock possibly, made of Dark iron?)
Well, I like that you remembered that Uldum Earthen made of Sandstone are a thing and certainly viable as a Roleplay concept! Earthen can be made of many stone substances, including Azerite.
Slight reminder: Ulduar Earthen are not made of Iron. Iron Dwarves are a separate Titanforged race. There are Earthen of Ulduar and they are made of stone just like all their kindred~. My Earthen here is of Ulduar and a devout servant of Keeper Thorim.
I haven’t unlocked them yet, but I plan to make mine a Frostborn and an Alliance veteran.
I only play Death Knights but I wish so bad that I could make an Earthen. I wouldn’t RP them as a Death Knight because that wouldn’t make any sense but aesthetically, they are the absolute coolest.

I got 2 answers, one is an Earthen, one isn’t.
The Earthen I was playing around with, but haven’t had time to level, is a Deepholm Geomancer lady? Deepholm since they’re probably the second most unique brand of Earthen? My theory on them, due to how the quests paint them? Is that they’ve just become Earth Elementals, they have no forge to create new Earthen, no gateway to Ulduar (since its buried and the Twilight’s Hammer are trying to reactivate it, so we blow it up). BUT, the Stonefather has a SON. Even if they still had a forge, Earthen don’t have ‘fathers’, you know?
The second Earthen isn’t one. Its my Dark Iron I made in Warlords of Draenor, Crura Darkmine. A Sister of Steel! Earthen finally gave me a great chance to actually show her in her final stage of being a Sister of Steel, a total transformation into steel and stone.
