A Dwarf, maybe? More specifically a Wildhammer Dwarf.
Hospitable, enjoys beers, has a passion for geology and archaeology (Wanted to major in it, but $$$ hits hard), and has an interest in spirituality and the elements. (So much so that I own a café where the logo is the alchemical symbol for earth.)
Or perhaps a mix of a Wildhammer Dwarf with a Night Elf lol (Oh god, I can’t even imagine what a Half-Dwarf half-Nelf would look like haha)

Unless Hybrids are allowable…I’d probably be a Night Elf (Druid of the Flame who defects back to the Elves, but keeps the fiery power and crimson skin.), Goblin (If I’m being completely honest, this is likely the most likely.), Troll (Act surprised.), or Dark Iron Dwarf.
Ghost Hafling or Forest Gnome.
Or Tortollan.
My heart says blood elf but my short, hairy body says dwarf

My family is definitely Worgen. Broody and angry, nobody talks about their feelings, and when someone gets pushed to the point their feelings come out it’s usually a full on fight, sometimes violent…. So yeah, Worgen

I have been told I look like a Blood Elf just by the way I stand.
I have to admit, sometimes I do have a bit of a haughty incredulity about my surroundings.
I am not good at lying. What ever I am thinking is all over my face and even how I stand.

I’m on the short and stout side, I’m an engineer, and I’m into flying machines of all kinds. So: Dwarf, probably Bronzebeard.

I’m not a big nature guy IRL, so not Night Elf, besides them being my favorite race.
There isn’t a brazilian inspired race in WoW, with the closest thing being the troll dance being capoeira moves.
In terms of personality, Maybe a bit of draenei or just human? With a bit of pandaren due to my liking of martial arts?
Would be a combo Tauren (Native American) and Goblin (family of money savvy engineers). Even more so because the folks in my family come in only two flavors. Tall or short.
That would be a wild couple to see in game. 
I would have to say dracthyr and gnome.
